Our Warranty & Liability

1. Nouvelle Habit offers a lifetime warranty on all riding skirts. We are aware that certain elements such as elastic and Velcro have a shelf life and we want you to know that we will be happy to replace these items when they come to their end so that your skirt keeps on going.

1.2 The warranty is only valid for the original customer. Proof of purchase must be verified.

1.3 This warranty applies to manufacturing faults that break during normal use. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, an act of nature or abnormal use.

1.4 Please take in to consideration the wind conditions before you ride in your Nouvelle Habit skirt.

1.5 In so far as the law allows, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or injury (direct or indirect) caused to you by your use of our Products. Your sole remedy in respect of such loss damage cost or injury, which is proven by a competent authority to be due to our acts or omissions, shall be to recover of the price paid for the products.

1.6 All information provided for each of our products is accurate at the time we publish the information. Nouvelle Habit will make all efforts to include up to date information on the website but we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Nouvelle Habit assumes no liability for any errors in the content on the website and for any loss, damage, cost or injury which you may suffer as a result of such inaccuracies.

2. In respect of the footage or images submitted by you to us be uploaded onto the Website you hereby grant to us a worldwide non-exclusive perpetual irrevocable licence to use the same, free of charge, as we may in our sole discretion deem fit.

2.1 That you are the owner of all intellectual property rights in any user content provided to us or you have been duly authorised to use such intellectual property rights and to allow us to use them on your behalf and that our use of the user content shall not violate or infringe the rights of any third party. For the avoidance of doubt where user content contains images of minors you warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor featured in the user content and/or you have the permission of the parent or legal guardian of any minors featured in the user content to submit the images to us for use on the Website.

All prices shown on the website do not include UK delivery costs which are currently £9.99 per order to any address in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, but does not included the Channel Islands and Island of Man. All prices are in Pound Sterling. If you are outside the UK and want to place an order please contact us to discuss costs. Nouvelle Habit uses all reasonable means (in line with current legislation) in order to safeguard your account information whilst it is in our possession. If you would like further details of how your information is stored or handled please contact us.

Repair Service

We hope you don’t! But if you have an unforeseen dismount or get caught on a sharp branch and your Nouvelle Habit skirt gets damaged please contact us by email. As all of our skirts are hand made we are able to do a fair amount of repairing. The cost of each repair will depend on the damage, time and materials it will take to carry out the work. We will give you a quote for the repair once it has been evaluated.

Returns Procedure

Returns

The intention to return a product must be expressed in writing no later than 14 days of receiving the goods. Upon notifying the store, the goods must be sent back within 14 days. All products must be returned in their original condition, fit for resale. The customer must pay for any costs involved in returning the product unless the item(s) is faulty. Refunds

Once we receive your return item and it has been checked a refund will be made within 14 days. We do not refund shipping charges unless an item is faulty. An email confirmation will be sent to confirm your refund has been processed. Changing a bespoke order Bespoke orders – once your order has been placed we can’t guarantee any changes can be made. Faulty goods

Nouvelle Habit products are all hand made in the UK. Despite our careful quality checks flaws may still occur. Nouvelle Habit offers a lifetime warranty. If you feel that your item is faulty an intention to return the item must be expressed in writing no later than 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us by email to discuss.

Complaints

At Nouvelle Habit we aim to provide you with a high quality service. If for some reason you feel that you have a cause to complain then please contact us by either email or letter. We will aim to do our best to solve any issues or problems that arises as quickly as possible.
